The 21-year-old centre from Toronto joined the Chargers in a mid-season trade after two-plus years with the North York Rangers of the OJHL.
“Following the trade, Jackson had an immediate impact on our team, mostly with our young players due to his work ethic and team-first mentally,” said Mississauga Head Coach Joe Washkurak. “After our captain was moved in the same trade, Jackson was named captain and showed tremendous leadership for the rest of the season. The entire Mississauga Chargers team would like to congratulate Jackson and his family and wish him success at Castleton.”
Congratulations to Jackson and best of luck in the NCAA!
The OJHL, the largest Jr. A hockey league in Canada, has had more than 90 NCAA, U SPORTS, CHL and professional commitments in 2021-22 – including more than 25 NCAA Division I scholarships.
