Exhibition Games This Week
The exhibition schedule is heating up prior to the opening day of the OJBLL Regular Season getting underway. Three exhibition games are scheduled this week, including a couple of cross-conference matchups.
Tomorrow, April 7th, the Oakville Buzz will host the Guelph Regals at 8PM at the Glen Abbey Recreation Centre (Green Pad). This will be the first game action for both teams in 2015. The Buzz are encouraging fans who would like to attend the exhibition game to make a donation at the door for the Ian Anderson House. Details are available on the Buzz website.
The Buzz get back to back exhibition games as they travel up to Orangeville on Wednesday, April 8th at 8PM to visit the Northmen. This will be Orangeville's only game action prior to their participation in the Green Gael Classic this coming weekend. Orangeville lineup and game details are available on their website.
On Thursday, April 9th, the Point Edward Pacers will travel to Dresden to renew their rivalry with the Wallaceburg Red Devils with some pre-season lacrosse. Game time is 7PM at Dresden Arena.
Lacrosse season is certainly upon us, with the Six Nations Rebels having hosted their Pre-Season this past weekend featuring the London Blue Devils, the Newmarket Saints, and the Windsor Clippers. Three more tournaments will be played this coming weekend, check back throughout the week for more details about tournaments in St. Catharines, Elora, and Clarington.
