FORMAT: Teams will play a 14 game schedule (starting on May 2nd) plus playoffs. We will play 3 running time periods of 19 minutes each. Games will include a 3 minute warm-up and a 1 minute between periods break. The clock will not stop other than for injuries or an ice related issue. The FINAL 2 minutes of the 3rd period will be played STOP TIME. ALL Games should now finish in no more than 1 1⁄4 hours. This will be a Weekday Only League. Any special Scheduling Requests must be submitted prior to the initial Schedule to the league commissioner, Spencer. Individual Player Statistics will also be tracked and posted using Pointstreak at www.holidayrinks.com andwww.othlhl.com.

COST: League Cost is $2,925 and includes 14 Regular Season Games, FREE Playoffs (ALL teams advance to playoffs), Scorekeepers, Molson New Era Caps for each divisional winner and your team and player names placed on the Molson OTHLHL Lord Manly Leaf.

The Referee cost is $74 per game. Each team must pay $37 to the referees prior to each game.

DISCOUNT SAVINGS: Save $250 (Total cost $2,625) if paid in full by JUNE 10, 2016 (NO exceptions).

PAYMENT: Each team MUST REGISTER ONLINE and pay $500.00 deposit fee. This is the only way to get placed on the schedule. Players must also register online and upload a photo ID picture. Team payments must continue as follws: &900 by May 20th, $825 by June 17th and the $700 balance is due by July 8th. Teams will not be allowed to play if their payments are not up to date. INSURANCE: ALL players must register with USA Hockey every Sept. Individual registration and Liability Insurance is $43.00. All players should have their own Medical Insurance. If you do not have this, call USA Hockey at 800-566-3288 x123. Note: Anyone who is currently registered will be covered until Aug 31, 2016. 

NO SHOW: Teams that do not show up for a game or do not have enough players for game and cause a forfeit will be charged a $200 No Show Fee, which must be paid prior to playing your next game.
