Raiders Major Atom B White Win Gold at the 46th Annual Gene Harrington Shootout Classic!
It was another great weekend of hockey for the Nepean Raiders Major Atom B White team as they faced tough US competition in a five game tournament and several games on the outdoor rink. Following a challenging loss in the round robin, the team bounced back to win gold at the 46th Annual Gene Harrington Shootout Classic in Buffalo, NY.
The boys worked hard and overcame adversity as we were missing two players and integral parts of our team. In true Raiders style, they used their team mates’ absences as motivation to win the championship for them. The motto of weekend was “let’s win it for those who want to be playing but can’t”!
