The Everett outdone by Littlefield and the Lower Columbia, 4-3
Ryan Littlefield went 1-3 and hit a home run, sparking the Lower Columbia (38-9) to a 4-3 victory over the Everett (25-20) on Thursday at David Story Field.
He homered in the sixth inning.Kade Kryzsko picked up the win for the Lower Columbia. Kryzsko allowed three earned runs, six hits and no walks while striking out three over 7 2/3 innings of work.
John Naff racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Everett. He singled in the first inning and homered in the eighth inning.
Michael Wood ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just 7 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
