TURBO KICK IS BACK
This addictive workout combines boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere where losing weight is the side effect of having FUN! Turbo Kick(r) is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their workouts. No heavy equipment needed, just bring your runners, a mat, and water.
Our 8 week progression class runs April 4th - May 23rd Tuesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm all for only $80!
