Quinn leads Quaker Valley over Baldwin, 9-3

Behind a great game by Connor Quinn, who had four goals and two assists, Quaker Valley defeated Baldwin, 9-3.

Quinn notched his first tally 16:11 into the first period. He then added goals at 1:39 into the second, at 9:30 into the third, and at 14:06 into the third.

Quaker Valley surpassed its usual scoring output this season. Quaker Valley averages 5.1 goals per game.

Others who scored for Quaker Valley included Ryan Quinn, who had three and Peter Hall and Rocco Grimaldi, who each put in one. More assists for Quaker Valley came via Ricardo Fernandez, who had one, Austin Wetzel, who had two, and Beau Tomczak, who had three.

Baldwin was helped by Michael Dimperio, who registered one goal. Dimperio scored on the power play 1:41 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Baldwin. Baldwin had gotten the advantage when Quaker Valley's Quinn was sent off for interference. Nickolas Antonio picked up the assist. Baldwin also got points from Paul Knerr, who also tallied one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Mark Ohanlon also scored for Baldwin. In addition, Baldwin received assists from Tyler Rush, who had one.

Quaker Valley incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Baldwin incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
