Mars - JV falls to Shaler - JV after surprising comeback

Shaler - JV rallied from two goals down to secure a 6-5 win over Mars - JV.

Shaler - JV let multiple leads slip away before eventually digging out of a two hole to pick up the win. Shaler - JV took a 1-0 advantage on a goal by Justin Yuiska at 3:52 in the first period. Shaler - JV went down 5-3 after Mars - JV's Jared Taylor put the puck home at 7:03 in the third period. After knotting things up at 5-5 on a goal by Jordan Buccelli at 10:19 in the third, Shaler - JV got the game-winner from Yuiska at 12:52 in the third period.

Yuiska was all over the ice for Shaler - JV, as he registered four goals in the win.

Shaler - JV's goal total was higher than its season average. Shaler - JV has scored at the pace of 2.3 goals per game during the current campaign.

Shaler - JV also got a goal from Norman Riffner as well. In addition, Shaler - JV received assists from Dalton Pappas, who had two, Zachary Sarnowski, who had three, and Nicholas DeBortoli, Seth Walzer, and Lachlan Loudon, who contributed one each.
