Shiry nets hat trick, leads Upper St. Clair 1 - MS to 8-1 win over Wheeling Catholic - MS

Colton Shiry netted a hat trick to lead Upper St. Clair one - MS over Wheeling Catholic - MS, 8-1.

Shiry notched his first tally 10:55 into the second period. He then added goals at 4:11 into the third and at 8:55 into the third.

Upper St. Clair one - MS led by only one goal at the end of the first period, but put the game away by scoring four goals in the second.

Upper St. Clair one - MS stifled Wheeling Catholic - MS' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Upper St. Clair one - MS forced Wheeling Catholic - MS goalie DJ Lyons to work between the pipes, taking 37 shots.

Upper St. Clair one - MS additionally got points from Devin Rohrich, who also grabbed one goal and two assists. Upper St. Clair one - MS also had goals scored by Andrew Woomer, who had two and Brody Ploeger and Kevin Finn, who scored one goal each.
