Parker's big day not enough as the Clackamas fall to the Linn-Benton, 8-7

Stephen Parker threw eight scoreless innings, but it wasn't enough to carry the Clackamas (5-13) to a win on Saturday, as the Clackamas fell to the Linn-Benton (8-10) 8-7 at LBCC Baseball Field .

A walk-off double by Luke Rappe gave the Linn-Benton the win.

Rappe racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Linn-Benton. He doubled in the ninth inning.

Tanner Holland got the win, running his season record to 1-1. He allowed two runs over two innings. Holland struck out one, walked two and gave up one hit.

David Smallwood (0-2) took the loss for the Clackamas. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked three, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
