Just What the "Doc" Ordered...
The Potomac Patriots have signed 1995 birth year forward "Doc" Gentzler for the duration of the 2014-15 season. Gentzler spent the first part of this season with the NAHL's Kenai River Black Bears. Last season the speedy forward had 20 goals and 32 assists for the LA Jr Kings U18AAA team. "I've heard great things about the Patriots organization from players I know which made the decision to come out here a lot easier. Since getting here things have been great and I'm excited to contribute to the team," remarked Gentzler. Gentzler will see his first action of the season against the Richmond Generals this Saturday in Richmond. Sunday the team comes back to Potomac for the second half of the home and home series.
