Patriots Tryout Numbers Swell by Over 75%, Plans to Add More Coaches Commence

The Potomac Patriots youth tryout registrations for the Fall 2015-16 travel teams have swelled by 75% compared to last season's PWHC registrations.  "I think even we are a little surprised by how fast this has grown," remarked Patriots GM RJ Zeigler.  "Outside of our spring program and a few clnics, people really haven't even had a chance to see everything we plan to do for our players.  Never-the-less, we are beyond excited.  We have already activated plans to expand our staff again."

That staff increase comes just two months after the Potomac Patriots began operating the youth hockey program at the Prince William Ice Center.  To date the Patriots have brought in new professional (non-parent) coaches and instructors like Sean Braziel, Jonathon Sucese, Tim Graham, Jesse Katzman, and Gabe Cano to add to the Junior staff of Andy Newton, Matt Little, and Adam Shiring.  The partnership with the top notch "Stride Envy" program based out of Maine was met with rave reviews as well.  For more information on how to become part of the Potomac Patriots Professional Coaching Staff email your resume to RJ Zeigler at rzeigler@pwice.com.

Best of luck to all players competing for positions on teams for the 2015-15 inaugural season of Potomac Patriots Youth Hockey!
