Jason Ellis scored to capture the 8-7 win for Black over Blue.
Black overcame a three-goal deficit to capture the victory. Black was down 6-3 after a goal by Blue's George Pitt at 0:08 in the 4th period. Black knotted things up at 7-7 on a short handed goal by Jack Travassos at 9:17 in the 4th period.
Black also got points from Jack Budway, who also registered one goal and one assist and Ryan Brooks, who also registered two goals and one assist. Oliver Beckett also scored for Black. In addition, Black received assists from Jonathan Gagliardi, who had two and Zander Alsace, who had one.
Blue did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. Blue puts an average of 9.3 shots into the net per game.
Blue was led by Ethan Harkins, who grabbed two goals and two assists. Harkins scored the first of his two goals at 5:12 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Blue. Chris Dong and Norman Pitt registered the assists on the goal. Harkins' next tally made the score 2-0 Blue with 14:29 left in the second period. Blue had gained a power play chance when Ethan Guimondhayward was whistled for cross checking. The score was assisted by Edward Qu and Pitt. Blue additionally got points from Joey Sferrazza, who also registered one goal and one assist, Pitt, who also registered two goals and one assist and Pitt, who also registered one goal and two assists. Blue also got a goal from Marcus Colaco as well. Other players who recorded assists for Blue were Qu, who had three and Marcus Keleher, Ethan Keleher and Dong, who each chipped in one.
Black's starting goalie, Aden Walsh, made 16 saves and finished with the win before he was taken out in favor of Ryan Fitzgerald, who stopped eight shots. Aidan Fearn took the loss and made 15 saves before being replaced by Samuel Crispo who made 15 saves.
