Huge game by Haigh boosts Midget Yellow over Midget Red, 12-10
Midget Yellow's Ryan Haigh had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing four assists in his team's 12-10 win over Midget Red.
Haigh found the back of the net 18:47 into the 1st quarter to make the score 5-3 Midget Yellow and again 16:30 into the 2nd to make the score 10-9 Midget Yellow.
Midget Yellow also got points from Zander Alsace, who also registered one goal and one assist, Jonathan Gagliardi, who also registered one goal and one assist, Luke Robinson, who also registered three goals and two assists and Patrick De Amicis, who also registered one goal and one assist. Midget Yellow also had goals scored by Gareth Haigh, who had three and Mitchell Zulian, who had one. More assists for Midget Yellow came via Jeffrey Skidmore and Liam Wright, who each chipped in one.
Midget Red was helped by Jack Travassos, who racked up four goals. Midget Red additionally got points from Jack Follows, who also registered one goal and three assists, Jake Dithurbide, who also registered one goal and one assist, Dyson Williams, who also registered three goals and one assist and Zachary Young, who also registered one goal and two assists. Travassos also scored for Midget Red. In addition, Midget Red received assists from Bryce Thompson, who had two and Forrester Bristol and Joel Hoogaars, who contributed one apiece.
