Following the 2026 Northeast Regional Tournament in Simsbury, CT, Niagara University, St. Bonaventure University, and the U.S. Military Academy all advanced to the National Tournament being held in St. Louis, MO. 

Niagara University - After a strong season the Purple Eagles will represent the Northeast Region as the #1 seeded team (of 4) at the tournament. This is Niagara's first year at the ACHA DII level, and obviously, their first trip to the ACHA DII National Tournament. Lead offensively by two of the regions most dominant players, Sean Walsh and Ben Macrobbie, Niagara also has two of the top netminders in the country in Josh Lacelle and Dominic Andrade. The duo boasts a record of 21-1-1 and a save percentage that averages .938 between them. Niagara has been a force all season long and is extremely focused on their visit to St. Louis. The team will be part of Pool B and their schedule is as follows:

Thursday 3/12/26 - 7:45 PM CDT - Vs. Penn State University

Friday 3/13/26 - 8:15 PM CDT - Vs. Montana State University

Saturday 3/14/26 - 8:30 PM CDT - Vs. Schoolcraft College

 

St. Bonaventure University - After capturing the SECHL Championship in their first year with the league and at the ACHA DII level, the Bonnies completed a great run at regionals defeating both Sacred Heart (3-2) and RPI (6-2) to advance to the National Tournament. Offensively, the team is led by a trio of fantastic forwards all with 40+ total points in Cole Bailey, Tyler Menz, and Michael Clouden. In net, there are two exceptional netminders in Tyler Kirk and Kyle Karoleski who backstopped the Bonnies to a 19-5-1 record this season. St. Bonaventure will be a part of Pool A and their schedule is as follows:

Saturday 3/14/26 - 6:30 PM CDT - Vs. St. Thomas University

 

U.S. Military Academy - Army is making their 3rd trip to the ACHA DII National Championship in the last 3 years. The 3 time SECHL Champion and this years SECHL Southern Conference Champion, the Black Knights powered their way through the regional tournament and poised to make a strong appearance at the National Tournament. Led by team captain, and arguably the bet defenseman at this level, Robert Staring, the Black Knights have received stellar play from newcomer Jackson Dickson and junior Wyatt Sirimaturos and solid goaltending from Charlie Zurowski. The Black Knights schedule is as follows:
