Seton Hall fell 9–2 in their road matchup against Millersville, as the Marauders controlled the pace from start to finish. Millersville’s aggressive forecheck and quick transition game overwhelmed the Pirates early, leading to multiple goals off turnovers and extended offensive-zone pressure. Seton Hall showed flashes offensively; a goal on the powerplay and a rush opportunity came from when the Pirates were able to generate speed through the neutral zone, but sustained pressure was hard to come by. Defensive-zone exits again proved challenging, and Millersville capitalized on nearly every mistake. Despite the score, there were strong individual moments on the forecheck and a few momentum shifts in the third period, but the Pirates couldn’t string together enough consistent play to stay in the game.
