Tigers Split the Weekend to Start the New Year
A Tough Start Against Dundas Real McCoys
The weekend began with an electrifying showdown against the Dundas Real McCoys. Right from the opening face-off, both teams demonstrated an unyielding determination for victory, setting the stage for a high-scoring contest.
Despite a valiant effort, the Tigers found themselves facing a significant deficit as the Real McCoys dominated the scoreboard in the opening period. Goals from Shane Conacher and Jarrett Konkle set the tone, leaving the Tigers with a challenging task ahead. Jordan Gignac and Bo Webster managed to find the net for the Tigers, but the Real McCoys maintained their lead.

Although the Buccaneers responded with a goal from Daniel Di Cristofaro, the Tigers quickly took control in the second period. Mark Taylor's two goals paved the way for a comfortable lead.
In the third period, the Tigers continued their offensive onslaught, with Bo Webster, Joel Knight, and Cordell James (short-handed) adding to the scoreline. The Tigers emerged with a resounding 6-1 victory, showcasing their resilience.
