In the New York Collegiate Baseball league last night, the Geneva Red Wings swept their doubleheader with the Sherrill Silversmiths. The Hornell Dodgers sent their fans home happy after they downed Wellsville 9-2.  The Olean Oilers defeated the Geneva Twins on a passed ball in the bottom of the 10th inning. The Genesee Rapids upended the Rochester Ridgemen 4-1 last night.  In the final NYCBL game, the Syracuse Junior Chiefs won on a walk-off fielder’s choice over Cortland.
