OConnor allows no runs to lead the North Shore Navigators past the Torrington Titans 16-0

Cole OConnor kept the Torrington Titans (17-25) off the board during his six innings of work and the North Shore Navigators (21-24) beat the Torrington Titans, 16-0.

OConnor allowed two hits, two walks and struck out three.

Eight runs in the opening three innings allowed the North Shore Navigators to easily put away the Torrington Titans. and a steal of home by Jordan Roper in the first inning and , a two-run double by MacDaniel Singleton, a double by Roper, a triple by Colby Maiola, and during the second inning fueled the North Shore Navigators' offense early.

Alex Brickman put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the North Shore Navigators.

Brandon Rentas ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in two innings, walked three and struck out five.

The North Shore Navigators easily handled the Torrington Titans pitching as six hitters combined for 16 hits, 10 RBIs and 12 runs scored.
