Spartans Take On UCF in Home Opener
When: 10:00pm Friday Sept. 10th
Where: Clearwater Ice Arena
The University of Tampa Men's D2 Hockey Team will face off in their first game in over 1.5 years on Friday. The Spartans will be looking to get off to a good start against a very good UCF team who defeated the Spartans in 3 of 4 contests during the 2019-2020 season. After being denied a shot at a National Championship in 2020 due to COVID-19, the Spartans would like to continue the momentum they had prior to the cancellation of the rest of the season and the next year altogether.
