Inaugural Tampa Division 3 Team Season in the Books

With the end of the season upon us we would first like to thank all our fans and parents that made all of this possible. A special thanks goes out to Ally Eames for voluntarily traveling with the team as our Photographer.

We knew we had something special in the room from the very beginning from all our players to our coaching staff in Jack and Nick. From the beginning there was always “a slim chance” of making it to the National Tournament although there were many doubters along the way. Our team proved to everyone that we did belong in the National Tournament after earning our bid in an overtime thriller versus Division 2 UCF. At the Federation Cup, our team accomplished a 2-1 record and fell just short of making it through pool play.

To use the word family to describe this group is an understatement because we are much more than that. This group came together under the potential of not even having a season. Yet, at the start of our season we were just seen as the “Tampa Division 3 Team” and did not expect much. However, by seasons end we proved ourselves to be a true Tampa Hockey Team that no one wanted to play.
