Victoria Eagles Announce 2023 Junior Premier Pitching Coach Jordan Will

The Victoria Eagles Baseball Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Jordan Will as the 2023 Junior Premier Eagles Pitching Coach.
Jordan brings over 15 years of high-performance coaching experience in Victoria baseball. Following the conclusion of a playing career that included three years in the PBL, two years at UBC and another two years at Dakota Wesleyan University, Jordan began coaching in 2006. He was a coach with the Bantam AAA National Championship winning team in 2008, a founding member of the Eagles organization in 2009, and served as the Eagles General Manager in 2015-16. Most recently, Jordan has worked as the Pitching Coach for the 2022 Junior Premier Eagles.
JP Eagles Manager Jason Leslie is delighted to have Jordan back in the JP Eagles dugout. "I can count only a few times in my life when I have seen players eyes flicker with intent, focus, and enlightenment after a coach's intervention and that comes with the trust and care that Jordan commands when he is on the field. His attention to detail and preparation for a pitcher and catchers game plan is unmatched. I'm super excited to have Jordan back on the staff. He will make so many players excel at their game."
