* Current Age, Birthdate and Grade
* Current/Last Team
* City of Residence (High School is applicable)
* When are you interested in possibly joining HF? (immediately, next month, etc)
* Please send ANY video at all! Even a clip of a player swinging a bat in the front yard with no ball will help!
2) Evaluation: The second step in this process is to set up an evaluation with Mario Iglesias. Most likely it will be at the HF Academy. This allows us to evaluate you and also allows you to evaluate HF as well.
