The Bradford Bulls were founded in February 2012, and are the namesake of the old Junior C team which became the Bradford Rattlers — today the Bulls' cross-town rival in Bradford.
At the Junior C level, the Bulls competed in the GMOHL from 1980 to 2006; Bradford captured the league championship in 1987 and 1998.
Since joining the GMHL, the Bulls have consistently put a contending team on the ice while simultaneously advancing dozens of players to the next level. The organization won the Russell Cup in 2014, defeating the Rattlers in five games to claim the league championship; the Bulls also beat Meaford (3-0), Alliston (3-1) and Temiscaming (4-0) en route to the title.
In total, the Bulls have won over 300 games in the GMHL; new team owner Darren Brown is committed to honouring that history while building a program designed to foster player growth both on- and off-ice.
The Bulls play out of Bob Fallis Arena, located at 2961 10 Sideroad in Bradford, Ontario.
