The Cumberland Grads mission is to develop quality players on, and quality people off the ice. The Grads are committed to furthering the hockey careers of those individuals who become part of our family. Moving skaters onto higher levels like the NCAA, CIS, CHL and ultimately the NHL is the goal of all those within the Cumberland organization. In addition to the on-ice player development, scholastic and academic success is critical to the Grads mandate. Academic Advisors and S.A.T. prep courses play a huge role in helping each player reach their goals in the classroom. Everyone from management to the coaching/scouting staff to the sponsors and billet families play a key role in making the Grads a destination for hockey players wishing to take their game to the next level.
