Penalty Box Pub

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the operation of the concession stand with an emphasis on food preparation, serving customers, cash handling and maintaining a clean snack bar area to meet or exceed the company’s standards of quality and service. This position involves a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings and weekends. Must have own transportation.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Serve all customers, members of the public and staff in a courteous and prompt manner
• Prepare food and beverage orders, receive payment, provide change and receipt if required
• Maintain concession and equipment in an organized, clean, welcoming manner at all times
• Keep items well stocked and displayed in an appealing and organized manner
• Maintain proper food handling, safety and sanitation to health and safety standards
• Follow proper work procedures, opening and closing procedures, work safely with kitchen equipment and promptly report any equipment/maintenance issues to the Manager
• Complete all appropriate company documentation and key tasks on every shift (e.g. inventory, sales reports, floats, etc.)
• Stay productive at all times and prepare for future needs as time allows
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills

• Commitment to delivering the best service, quality and value to every customer, every time
• Knowledge of cash registers and balancing of daily cash intake
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Good communication skills to deal effectively with staff and public
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of concession and food and beverage equipment
