Head Coach-Jamie Arcand
Jamie is entering his third full season as Head Coach of the Lakefield Chiefs. Jamie took over for Don Dunford mid-season during the 2014-15 season. He guided the Chiefs to an Orr Division Cougar Cup last season.
Assistant Coach- Jason "Jay" Hinze
Jason is currently in his third season as an assistant coach with the Chiefs. Jay works with primarily with the forwards.

Assistant Coach-Shawn Dunbar
Shawn is in his third year of junior hockey working under head coach Arcand. He primarily focuses on working with the defence as well as the teams Video Technician.

Assistant Coach-Nick O'Brien
Nick is in his fourth year as an assistant coach with the club. Nick focuses mainly on the defence and impersonating Don Cherry on the bench.

Trainer-Jared "Bear" Ellis
Jared is a third year trainer with the Chiefs. A man that wears his heart on his sleeve, Bearcat is liked by all the guys on the team.

Trainer and Equipment Manager-Kirk Andrew
Kirk is in his first year with the Chiefs following a successful stint in Cobourg that ended with a RBC Cup championship.
