1. WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
   • PT Policy - NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR

• 4 Game Guarantee:
  • No games played - 100% refund minus $20 administrative fee
  • 1 game played - 50% refund of prorated per weekend fee
  • 2 or more games played - no refund
  • Game started constitutes a game played​

• Fall DH League:
  • No games played - 100% refund minus $20 administrative fee
  • 1 game played - 50% refund of prorated per weekend fee
  • Game started constitutes a game played​
