Game Play Rules

Rules are Governed By the USISC

  • All games will consist of (2) 20 minute running time halves. Stop time will be implemented with the score differential within 1 goal in the last 2 minutes of the game.
  • All regular round robin games may end in a tie. Sudden Death Overtime will be implemented in playoff games
  • 4 game guarantee

 

  • 5 v 5, plus a goalie, will be standard of play. (14u, 16u, 19u and all adult divisions)

 

  • 6 v 6, plus goalie, will be standard of play. (8u, 10u, 12u Divisons)

 

  • Full boarded fields, "Arena Soccer" venue, will be standard.

 

  • All players MUST wear State Wars approved/assigned uniforms, this includes: jerseys, shorts, and socks.

 

  • BALL Size: 8under (size 3), 10under, 12under (size 4), and 14under-adult divisions (size 5)

 

  • The decisions of the Referee regarding facts connected to play and interpretations of the rules are FINAL.

 

  • The Official State Wars Soccer Rule book will be used.

 

  • A Maximum of THREE coaches (non players) permitted on bench during game play

 

  • No jewelry,or gum, are allowed on playing surface.
