COST: $395 (incl hst), JERSEY PROVIDED

Thank you for your interest in the St. Michael's Buzzers Jr A team. We welcome you to our registration page. Please follow instructions carefully.

1.     Register by filling out form below and submitting payment. No spot will be granted without camp payment by e-transfer.
2.     Cost is $ 395.00 (tax and jersey included), submit by e-transfer to buzzercamps@gmail.com, (with password) hockey
3.     Open to players aged 2008-04
4.     Camp will run at St. Michael's Arena
5.     You will receive an email simply confirming your registration, schedule, jersey #/colour and further camp information.
6.     To avoid SPAM, please include buzzercamps@gmail.com in your contacts.
7.     Full Face protection and Neck guards mandatory, bring your own labelled water bottle   
8.     Check in 30 min prior to your first game
9.     PTS/Permission to Skate for Players required (2008-07-06 all levels, except HS, Prep, JrB, JrC)
10.     PTS/Permission to Skate must be emailed in advance to buzzercamps@gmail.com​
11.     USA applications, please email buzzercamps@gmail.com prior to any application submission with player introduction and player history etc

• The Tryout Permission Form must be completed and submitted by a player that has minor eligibility remaining from his home centre.  Junior players who are trying out for a higher category team within the OHA, and High School/Prep only, do not require a Tryout Permission form. The signed form must be obtained directly from your minor team representative or GM.
