BULLS ADD LARTER AS NEW TV VOICE
The Bradford Bulls officially have a new play-by-play voice in Matthew Larter.
"It's been phenomenal," said Larter, an Uxbridge resident who has been on-air with Bulls TV since late October. "I love getting to the rink, being in that atmosphere and just having an opportunity to talk hockey — I feel like I'm in my element when I'm doing that."
The 31 year-old has previously worked as an actor, musician and public speaker, and is currently in his second year at the College of Sport Media — where he is specializing in broadcasting. In addition to Bulls games, he is involved in a variety of roles with the University of Toronto's hockey broadcasts at the U SPORTS level.
Fans can listen to Larter's broadcast work all season long on GMHL TV, the official home of the Bulls online; Bradford is back in action tonight, Wed. Dec. 17th, against the first-place Northumberland Stars.
