All Star Update
As previously reported, your 10-11 BSLL Baseball team won District 6 last week. This past weekend this team played in the Section 7 tournament and won their first 2 games against St. Pete Northeast 5-2 and against Inverness by the 10 run rule, before falling in the Section 7 finals to Palm Harbor 5-1.
Your 11-12 BSLL Baseball team won District 6 Friday night defeating the Yellow Jackets by the 10 run rule. These boys compete in the Section 7 tournament this weekend at Keystone LL starting Friday night against St. Pete Northeast and then playing Saturday at 11am against Dunnellon and Sunday at 11am against the District 12 Champion. The 10-11 Softball team of BSLL/TBLL/PCLL has won Section 7 and advanced to the state tournament this weekend to be played at Lake Wales LL. See www.FLD6.org for schedules, game times etc……..
The Junior Boys Baseball team of BSLL/PCLL won District 6 and plays this Friday in the Section 7 tournament at Keystone LL. See www.FLD6.org for schedules, game times etc……..
The Junior Girls Softball team combined of BSLL/TBLL/PCLL is also headed to the state tournament this weekend in Ft. Myers after dominating their competition in the Sectionals.
