Bayshore Little League Families,
 
It seems like yesterday we all came  together on Opening Day to celebrate the beginning of the season and some wonderful causes.  Remarkably the Spring season is winding down as playoffs begin.  All of us have seen terrific effort, performance and sportsmanship at the fields all season long.  I for one have enjoyed every minute of this season. I know you share my joy when you see the kids on the field learning and having fun.

The great experience of playing Little League at Bayshore is really thanks to the volunteers and the generous donations we have received through out the years. As we look to improve our facilities and extend the number of years our kids can play at Bayshore we need your help. Through the hard work of a number of Bayshore parents and volunteers, the League has made strides towards a major field renovation and expansion project that will allow BSLL to host post-season tournaments and allow for a 50/70 Division.  Over the last several months, Board members and key Volunteers have had meetings with the City, developed plans (thank you Chancey Design), and met with vendors who could complete the field expansion project this year.  The time could never be better.  However, in order to turn this dream into a reality, the League needs your help to raise an additional $75k.  

With your help, we can do it!  We are looking for at least 10 volunteers to be part of a capital campaign committee to start work immediately!  Our goal is to raise the necessary additional funds as quickly as possible so that we can start the project as soon as all-stars are completed this summer.  Whether you have 10 minutes or 10 hours to help out, please volunteer. There are a lot of avenues that we can explore to raise the money but we need help to so it.  The time is now.  Please click here to volunteer.
