This weekend, The Pirates went up to Virginia Beach to take part in the ACCHL showcase, where they took on American University and Radford University. The Pirates showcased the skill the have this year and the improvements they've made, winning the games by a score of 11-1 against American University and 10-4 against Radford University. Goals this weekend were scored by Justin Hess (7), Mason McMahon (2), Hudson Sheaffer (2), Cam Gross (2), Andrew Kiriloff (2), Devin Mizelle, Nick Digiovannantonio, Carter Casuccio, Will Ridings, Ian Mclin, and special congrats to Seth Bunch who got his first college goal. Another special congrats goes to David Cavrak, who got his first college win in net on Friday night. It was a great team effort this weekend, and ECU picked up 2 big league victories to be 3-0 in the league and 3-1 on the season. Next weekend the Pirates travel to Charleston, SC to take on The Citadel in games on Friday and Saturday. Last but not least, special congrats to our coach Aaron Coleman and his wife Cody on having their wedding this weekend!
