2017-18 Try Out Camp for the U of M Flint Men’s Hockey program takes place Wednesday September 6th & Friday September 8th - Sunday September 10th at the Crystal Fieldhouse www.crystalfh.com in Burton.

Cost will be $60.00 due at the first skate.  Here is the schedule:

Wednesday, September 6th

            Registration Begins at 8:00 p.m.

            Skate Begins at 9:00 p.m.

Friday, September 8th

            Skate Begins at 9:00 p.m.

Saturday, September 9th

        Skate begins at 9:00am

         Skate begins at 12:45pm

Sunday, September 10th

        Maize & Blue Game at 1:00-2:30pm

 

Please have the exact amount when you register.  If paying by a check or cashier check make it out to: UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN and in the memo section put “UMF TRYOUT”.

You will need the following information when you register: U of M Student ID Number; A copy of your driver license; names, addresses, telephone contacts, emails and relationships of two people you need for emergencies and information updates.  Please allow time to complete the registration information packet.   NOTICE: If you make the team you will at a later date be required to provide a list of any medications taken regularly, allergies to medication and other allergies; emergency contact information and medical insurance information.
