Friends, family, coaches and players all gathered at Copper Ridge Golf Club on Sunday morning to take part in the first University of Michigan Flint Men's Hockey team golf outing.  The course was in great condition and the weather was a golfer's dream for an October day.  The outing was very competitive as three teams came in with scorecards at -14 or better.  After play concluded, participants gathered in the banquet hall for a delicious taco, nacho and salad buffet catered by Copper Ridge staff.  Although only one team came in first place, the biggest wins this weekend came from the U of M Flint Hockey players who won both road games vs. Trine University (5-1,3-2).
