The ICHC sent ten players to compete in the ACHA D3 All Star Selects tournament in Philadelphia this past weekend.  Players from all five conference teams, along with independent Colorado State, formed a team and competed in five games vs the best from each conference from all over the country.  Playing as team Frontier, the group finished the event 2-1-2 including a dominant win on the final day over the Deleware Valley Conference All Stars.

Every ICHC player contributed on the scoresheet and in the locker room, representing themselve and their respective schools in exemplary fashion.  "Our conference is only two years old and to send this many guys to the event is incredible.  Our boys more than held their own and had a lot of people asking "who are these guys."" Said Xavier coach Tim Driscoll who traveled with the team to Philly.  

Connor Crory from Xavier led all ICHC players in scoring tallying three goals and seven assist for a total of ten points followed by Brendan Lewis with eight points.
