Sunny Wednesday night baseball in Royal Oak the Monarchs batted the Leprechauns for 10 innings relying on clutch pitching, solid run saving defense, and a clutch 2 out 2 strike line drive over the head of the Royal Oak 3rd baseman by #5 Reece Longstaff to send the Michigan Monarchs to a road opening 3-2 sudden death victory the first in the GLSCL this season.
