Pinelli helped GTHL Blue to Win over Team HNO with Hat Trick
Kitchener, Ont. – Player of the Game Francesco Pinelli helped GTHL Blue to a 10-1 win over Team HNO with a hat trick.
GTHL Blue came out strong scoring five goals before the buzzer. Braeden Kressler scored the first at 2:19 from Danny Zhilkin, Justin Ertel. Brennan Othmann took advantage of a power play from Francesco Arcuri, Ethan Del Mastro. Francesco Pinelli scored his first of the night from Brennan Othmann, Francesco Arcuri. Next up, Danny Zhilkin found the next from Landon Cato, Braeden Kressler. And Nolan Dann scored the last of the period on a power play from Ethan Del Mastro.
After a scoreless first half of the second period, Danny Zhilkin extended the lead from Justin Ertel, Ethan Del Mastro. Shortly after Justin Ertel found the net from Braeden Kressler. And with under 30 seconds left in the period Francesco Pinelli scored from Brennan Othmann, Francesco Arcuri.
Now in the third, Francesco Pinelli finished off his hat trick from Aidan Shepard. Noah Broughton defeated any hopes of a shut out for Justin Wu, scoring for Team HNO from Braeden Duchesne, Alex Pineau. And Aidan Shepard finished off the period with one more from Justin Ertel.
