Panthers trade for Local Defenseman in PDF Deal
PICKERING- Panthers have acquired the playing rights to Right Handed Defenseman Lucas Littlejohn. Lucas 2004 from Ajax,Ontario, late cut and draft pick of the Niagara IceDogs, played in the COVID season last year with the Espanola Express of the NOJHL. " I got to watch about 5-6 games of Lucas last year playing in Espanola live, I immediately texted Rob said if he doesn't make OHL, we need do something about making him a Panther," says Assitant General Manager Scott Nicholson. The deal was done in early September with Lucas being one of the final cuts with IceDogs, Lucas will be dawning #22, last dawned by Panthers Defenseman Patrick Demaio, where he put up 43 points in his final Junior Season!
