Bishop Canevin blows out Chartiers Valley, 8-1

Bishop Canevin had a seven-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to an 8-1 win over Chartiers Valley.

Thomas Krivak had two goals and one assist to lead Bishop Canevin. Krivak scored the first of his two goals at 8:54 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Bishop Canevin. Jacob Ondrejko assisted on the tally. Krivak's next tally made the score 6-0 Bishop Canevin with 8:09 left in the second period.

Bishop Canevin kept Chartiers Valley's goalie busy throughout the game, and Brandon Edwards made 38 saves on 46 shots. Bishop Canevin found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season. Bishop Canevin has scored at the pace of 4.0 goals per game during the current campaign.

Bishop Canevin additionally got points from Lukas Krukovski, who also tallied two goals and one assist, Joshua Ruffing, who also registered one goal and one assist, Alec Bosnic, who also finished with one goal and one assist, and Ondrejko, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Jacob Kuzma also scored for Bishop Canevin. In addition, Bishop Canevin received assists from Daniel Tkac and Tomas Krukovski, who contributed two each.
