We're just a week away from the start of the 2017-2018 AIH season. Our first practices will take place on Monday, September 11th at 5:30pm for the Middle School AND Varsity players. Middle school will be on the ice and Varsity will begin their dryland training in the parking lot at Wintersport.

Varsity will be participating in five mandatory, off-ice training sessions (with Aaron Sistrunk, trainer/owner of AGame Fitness ) as follows:

• 5:30 pm - Players arrive to conduct pre-warm-up @ 5:35pm 
• 5:45 pm - 6:15 pm - Dryland training w/ Aaron Sistrunk (strength and conditioning at SCH Academy)
• 6:40 pm - 7:40 pm - On-ice practice

NO ONE will be permitted on the ice without completed registration and deposit.  You can still register online: http://www.abingtonicehockey.com/

The Online jersey store has been extended until 11:59pm on 9/11/17. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY STORE UNTIL NOVEMBER--so if you want t-shirts, hoodies or need a shell or new player socks...order NOW!  Please have jersey numbers approved before ordering!
