Mario DePiero hits milestone
In 1999, the Basilian Fathers of St. Michael's College School entrusted the renewed Buzzer program to Chris DePiero, Rich Ricci, Mario DePiero and Vic Criscuolo. The program has since seen its best decade plus of success. The constant from Day 1 has been Mario DePiero as Chris and Rich made stops in Oshawa in the OHL and Vic accepted other inter-league opportunities. All 4 are back at St. Michael's with 3 at the helm of the Buzzers.
Mario is in year 13, and as a current teacher at St Michael's College School, has now participated as an Assistant Coach in the Buzzers 400th regular season win since the 1999 renewal. Mario has also been entrusted an Assistant Coach's position with the school's new Prep Team "The Majors". Congatulations to Mario!!
