Recently an anonymous survey went out to all parents of YCBC players, asking a series of questions around their satisfaction with the club, whether the club met their expectations, etc. A summary of the results …
- Did the program meet your expectations? 98% - Yes
- How would you rate the organization of the club? 94% - Good to Excellent
- What was our best form of communication? 77% - Email, 28% - Website, 17% - Facebook, 3% - Phone
- How would you rate your satisfaction with Holiday Hoops? 93% Satisfied to Very Satisfied
- Did you find the YCBC Kickoff beneficial? 84% - Yes
- Would you recommend YCBC to a good friend? 92% - Yes, 6% - Maybe
- Overall, how would you rate your child’s coaches? 91% Very Good to Excellent
In addition to the rating data we also received many good suggestions and useful feedback to consider for next year. A second survey specific to each team’s coaches was also distributed – the results of those surveys will be shared with those coaches at the end of the season.
Feedback is important for continuous improvement of the program so we thank you very much for your input.
