
The use of this form is to allow ACBL Teams to place a request to change their game schedule.
This form is a notification to the ACBL Commissioner's Office of your intent to change a game.
Once the request is received by the ACBL Commissioner's Office, the form will be reviewed.
Sending this form is in no way a response of any acceptance by the ACBL League Office or Opposing Team to the change being requested by the Sender.
Cancel / Change Request Notification List:
- Both Team Must Agree to ALL CHANGES PRIOR TO NOTIFYING LEAGUE OFFICE via acblofficial@acblbaseball.org League Office Must acknowledge the Change via Email.
- ACBL Commissioner's Office MUST be notified of Proposed Change(s). Use this form.
- Respective ACBL Div. Umpire Assignor Must be Notified of All Team Approved Changes and Acknowledge All Changes.
