At Cheer Infinity Athletics, we believe that every athlete has the ability to reach their full potential through sport, camaraderie and community involvement. With that in mind, we are excited to offer the CIA Scholarship Program to recognize the dedication of our athletes.
Eligible Applicant
Category 1: Ages: 5 – 12
Category 2: Ages 13 – 18
Criteria
Category 1: Cheerific All Star Scholarship: Submit a 2 Minute Video
Category 2: Believe to Achieve All Star Scholarship: Submit Application
Awards
Category 1: 2 Prizes of $50
Category 2: 2 Prizes of $100
Application Process
Category 1: Send your 2 Minute Video to scholarships.infinityathletics@gmail.com
Category 2: Go to www.cheerinfinity.ca click on CIA Scholarship & print the on-line application form, submit to scholarships.infinityathletics@gmail.com or drop off in person, a sealed envelope to a coach at the gym.
Selection Criteria
Category 1: In good standing, excellent attendance, shows leadership, positive attitude, uplifts, encourages their teammates & has a cheerific disposition.
Category 2: In good standing, excellent attendance, dedication, work ethic,positive attitude, sportsmanship. community involvement & believes anything is possible.
Selection Process
CIA Scholarship Sub-Committee will review
Award Notifications and Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship for both groups will be presented at Showcase for the 2019 – 2020 season.
Timeline
- Deadline for applications: November 15, 2019
- Selection of finalists by Sub-Committee: December 2, 2019
- Presentations to the finalists: Showcase TBD
