5:15-6:15pm: Beginner Tumbling (ages 3-18)
5:15-6:15pm: Walkover 101 (ages 3-18)
6:15-7:15pm: Jumps and Conditioning (ages 6-18)
Wednesday:
4:00-5:00pm: Private Lessons
5:15-6:15pm: Allstar Dance (ages 3-18)
6:15-7:15pm: Elite Tumbling (ages 7-18)
Thursday:
4:00-5:00pm: Private Lessons
5:15-6:15pm: Stunting 101 (ages 5-18)
6:15-7:00pm: Stretching 101 (free for anyone registered in any of the additional classes)
7:00-8:00pm: Open Tumbling (free for anyone registered in any of the tumbling classes)

**In all classes athletes will be divided up into groups based on age and skill level within each class!**
*SPECIAL NOTE: All athletes must be potty trained*
Class Description:
Stunting 101: In this class all athletes will gain strength, coordination and confidence as they work on skills, drills as they work through and learn new stunts mastering each one with confidence. They will be ready to hit the floor next season. This is also a great opportunity for new athletes to get a taste for stunting, make friends and learn how to work as a team!
Flyer 101: This class is for any flyer (top) looking to improve their flexibility, balance and core strength. Coaches will work with your athletes to help them be able to hit their stunts with confidence!
Basing 101: This class is for any base/back spot looking to improve their technique nd overall strength. Coaches will work with your athletes to ensure they know the proper technique and feel confident with themselves the next time you are to lift your flyers.
Allstar Dance: In this class your athlete will learn two types of Allstar dance which are Allstar Pom and Allstar Hip Hop. Coaches will work with your athlete in learning many new dance moves and mastering the technique that goes along with it.
Jumps & Conditioning: This class will give your athlete a chance too work on jump technique and difficulty while also strengthening all parts of their body. Coaches will work with each athlete through our strength and conditioning program.
Beginner Tumbling: This class is geared towards those just getting started in cheer/tumbling.
Walkovers 101: In this class the main focus will be on the Front and Back Walkover. Prerequisites: Cartwheel, Standing Bridge and Handstand Bridge.
Backhandspring 101: The main focus of this class is the Backhandspring. Prerequisites: Roundoff, Backwalkover and Frontwalkover.
EliteTumbling: In this class your athletes will be pushed past their limits to try new higher level tumbling skills and perfect their tumble technique to be the best tumbler they can be. Prerequisites: Standing backhandspring and Roundoff Backhandspring Series.
Cost: Each class is $40 (+gst)
Register in two classes/session receive 10% off
Register in three classes/session receive 15 % off
Register in four classes/session receive 20% off
Siblings discounts will apply for spring and summer classes.

One on One:
1 hour lesson: $50
1/2 hour lesson: $30
Shared gym:
1 hour: $30
1/2 hour: $15
Small Group Stunt (5 athletes)
1 hour: $10/athlete
1/2 hour: $5/athlete
All classes will be located at Moose Jaw Alliance Church Gym 14 Neslia Place!
