Is there an admission charge for guests and spectators to attend the games at Epic Hockey Tournaments?
NO... Epic Hockey Tournaments does no charge admission to any events and encourages participants to bring friends and family to their games.
How many games are teams guaranteed to play?
Epic Hockey Tournaments offers a (4) four game minimum. Number of teams attending each event could affect totals including championship rounds.
Do your tournaments run on time?
Every effort is made to ensure the tournament is running on schedule. Teams must be prepared to start each game (15) fifteen minutes early. Games are to start immediately after warm up. Should circumstances such as major injury or power outage occur the Tournament Director reserves the right to modify format.
Does Epic Hockey require teams to stay at certain hotels to participate in the tournament?
No...Teams may choose to commute to the event or may stay at any hotel they see fit. However, Epic Hockey has chosen the host arena for their professional level facilities and unbelievably convenient location to world class accommodations.
Who will be representing Epic Hockey Tournaments at the weekend event?
Epic Hockey Tournaments ensures the Tournament Director and Referee Supervisor will be available onsite for each game. We will make every effort to answer any questions and/or resolve disputes.
Does Epic Hockey Tournaments require teams to carry insurance?
Each Team registered in an Epic Hockey Tournament event will be included on the event policy. We encourage teams to carry their own coverage for maximum protection.
