Chargers in the Community
We are in a crowded entertainment market in the GTA.
The people of Port Credit and surrounding area have numerous entertainment options.
As an amateur sports team with a limited marketing budget we must spend time getting to know our fans and give back to the community.
What we have found is that the local sports fans will be more willing to come watch us play if they have some sort of connection to the players.
Our plans are to get out in the community at least once per month year round in order to build that vital relationship with the local people of the area.
Some of our planned community events include:
Attending Port Credit BIA meetings
Christmas tree lighting cermonies
Attending local concerts, festivals and comedy nights
Attending hospital fundraisers
Offering our time at local schools
Volunteering at company events
The Chargers are available to help out with event organizing.
We can attend your event and help with a variety of tasks.
It is a win win for both sides
