Jordan Fair (Head Trainer & Co-Camp Director)

The newest member of the NextLEVEL 24 staff, Jordan Fair is in his first year after having a very successful playing career at Wheeling Jesuit University (NCAA D2). During his junior season Jordan help Wheeling Jesuit University become the number #1 ranked team overall in the country! Jordan followed up his senior season with an appearance in the elite 8 of the NCAA tournament.
Jordan will take on the role as Head Basketball trainer for NextLevel 24 and will be working with athletes ages 8 to pros. He will also serve as Co-Camp Director of all NextLEVEL 24 Camps. “Jordan brings a lot of energy to NextLevel 24 and I am excited to have him apart of our program. Those individuals who train with Jordan will develop, learn, and become a skilled athlete,” says Coach Kent.
Jordan graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University with a degree in communications and is the brother of Owner Coach Jason Kent.
Diamond Beatty (Trainer)

The NextLEVEL 24 Family is excited to have one of it’s own to come back and take on a coaching and training role. Diamond Beatty was the first young lady to train to with Coach Kent and NextLEVEL 24. “Diamond will bring a wealth of knowledge to our organization and will play a instrumental role in working with our young ladies. Diamond understands what it takes to play at the highest level and will be a great role model for everyone she interacts with”, says Coach Kent.
Diamond played her high school basketball at Tinley Park High School. While at Tinley Park Diamond was a three-time all-conference selection, as well as a three-time team MVP... As a senior, averaged 19 points per game and 5.5 rebounds per game...Scored over 1,000 points in her career, including 568 as a senior while shooting 44 percent from three-point range... Named to the All-Area team... Selected for the Class 3A All-Star game... Holds the school record for the second-most points scored in a single game with 40. Diamond earned herself a full athletic scholarship to Tennessee State University.
Diamond played all four year at Tennessee State University, Finishing her senior year as the team’s third leading scorer… Led the team in three-point field goal percentage (.358) and made three-point field goals (49) while ranking 10th in the OVC in both categories…. Ranked 15th in the league in steals with 1.3 per game… Averaged 8.8 ppg and scored in double-digits 11 times… Registered a career-high 23 points vs Arkansas State (11/19/16)… Shot at least 50 percent from three-point range in five games… Knocked down at least one triple in all but eight games this season… Pulled down 2.5 rebounds while dishing out 1.5 assists per outing.
Diamond left Tennessee State University with an Ohio Valley Conference Championship and a Trip to the NCAA Tournament. Diamond Beatty is a winner and a person who strives for greatness. Diamond graduated with her degree in Physical Therapy this past spring. We would like to welcome Diamond Beatty to the NextLEVEL 24 family.
Coach Kelly Jones (Trainer & Co- Camp Director)

Coach Kelly Jones, is known in the the community as Coach "KJ" and is the person who stays engaged with all of the young people on social media. Coach Kelly is a true asset to NextLEVEL 24 and in bodies what it means "No Success without hard work, sacrifice and dedication," says Coach Kent. Coach Kelly is a master of footwork and works with our student athletes who need work on their footwork. Coach Kelly works and oversees the NextLEVEL 24 Bitty Ball to 8th Grade Training programs over at the Matteson Community Center.
NextLEVEL 24 has been able to build one of the strongest Bitty Basketball Teams in the south suburbs and we have to thank Coach Kelly for all the hard work he has put into building the Bitty Ball program. Look for Coach Kelly in a gym near you as he looks to continue to build NextLEVEL 24 training programs and the Bitty Ball program.
Coach Kelly is married to Tiffany Jones and they have two children Cameron and Kaitlin.
Coach Lennetta Bentley(Trainer & Fundraiser Director)

Coach Lennetta Bentley joins the NextLEVEL 24 staff and returns home to the Matteson Community where she has lived in Matteson area since 1986. Coach Bentley will be a warm addition to the NextLEVEL 24 community outreach team and will work to maintain community relationships and sponsorships. Coach Bentley Bentley will server as NextLEVEL 24’s Fundraising Coordinator, help with our Bitty Ball Program, Train, and help with our girls teams and development programs. “When you think of a person who has done it all and can do it all you have to mention Lennetta Bentley. I am excited to have a person of her statue, knowledge and attention to detail here at NextLEVEL 24,” says Coach Kent.
Coach Bentley is a graduate from Rich South High School where she play 4 years of varsity, earning All Area, All Conference, help Rich South place 3rd in the state in 1992 and followed that up with a trip to the Elite 8 in 1993.
After a very successful playing career at Rich South High School Coach Bentley attended South Suburban College. While at South Suburban College Coach Bentley earned First Team NJCAA, named an All American 2000 & 2001, while averaging 20 points 11 Rebounds. Her team placed 3rd in the Nation in 2000 and followed that year up with a trip to the Elite 8 2001.
After to two great years at South Suburban Coach Bentley signed at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where she won a Peach Belt Conference Championship, averaging 20 points 10 Rebounds.
Coach Lennetta Bentley is a self-starter with passion and perseverance. She is a mother of two young men, Jahir and Jhace.
Sharia Coleman (Director of Community Relations and Events)

Sharia studied Sports Management and Business and received her B.S. in May 2015 from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO.
Sharia was born and raised in Chicago, IL and has a son named Justin Smith Jr.
